For every battle you win, your rank increases. You have to lead the battalion through the frozen grounds of Russia. There are different operations, you have to successfully scale through one to lead you into unlocking the next. You will have to destroy the soviet tanks, because if they shoot at your army you are dead. Note, you are in green, your enemies are brown, so try not to shoot yourself or a member of your battalion in the process. The operations get harder with time, but your abilities grow stronger as well. The rank you need to get to is the commander, so you have to pick the right soldiers to help you achieve that.
