In this game your bistro is right by the beach so you are attending to all the incoming customers who are mostly tourists. Take their orders and begin preparing their meals in good time, there is a bar on each customer showing how long they are willing to wait before they become impatient and start to leave, once they leave you lose the money and will have to trash the meal you’ve made for them. There is a set goal for the amount of money you are to earn in a level, you have a total of 3 minutes 30 seconds to achieve this so you have to be quick and precise with the orders.
